2011 Fruit of the Ministry Report
Our Strategic Impact team made a major change in our ministry in 2011. Previously, we conducted conferences for Christian leaders. However training multiplying leaders involves more than just a conference event - It is a process. So, our team made a couple of significant changes:
- First, each of us travel every three months with our international staff to major cities where we have launched our ministry.
- Second, we launched (and continue to develop) a two-year School of Multiplying Leaders (SML) in order for pastors and emerging leaders to continue their practical training toward making multiplying disciples who plant multiplying churches.
Among the major requirements for those enrolled are:
- Each must meet weekly in a Life Transformation Group of 3 to learn, grow and lovingly hold one other accountable.
- Each shares the Gospel with at least one person every week and,
- Each must enroll two new leaders within 6 months, insuring multiplication.
Below are the number of pastors and church leaders currently enrolled in the SML in its inaugural year, along with some of the fruit flowing from this training:

- With each person sharing the Gospel weekly, there is a minimum of 2312 people per month hearing about Christ (27,774 annually).
- Each of these leaders will multiply new leaders and plant Cell Churches in 2012.
- The SML will be launched and expanded into the India region of Asia in 2012.
